Do I have to give my email?

How is it scored?
Each question maps to one of five dimensions and is scored against a rubric of what working AI adoption looks like at small and mid-sized companies: clear ownership, usable data, written policy, demonstrated skills, not against enterprise benchmarks. Two companies with the same total can get different recommendations, because the report is assembled from your specific answer pattern.
Will someone call me after I take it?
